১. আমরা কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি
- যোগাযোগের তথ্য — নাম, ইমেইল, ফোন/WhatsApp, ব্যবসার নাম, ওয়েবসাইট (ফর্ম বা চ্যাটে দিলে)।
- প্রজেক্টের তথ্য — আপনার টার্গেট মার্কেট, বাজেট, পাঠানো লিস্ট বা ফাইল।
- অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য — পোর্টালে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুললে ইমেইল, নাম ও পাসওয়ার্ডের হ্যাশ (আসল পাসওয়ার্ড আমরা দেখতে পাই না)।
- টেকনিক্যাল তথ্য — IP, ব্রাউজার, পেজ ভিজিট (নিরাপত্তা ও কতটা কাজ করছে বুঝতে)।

৩. আপনার সম্মতি
Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines, 2021 অনুযায়ী আমরা তথ্য সংগ্রহের আগে উদ্দেশ্য স্পষ্ট করি। ফর্ম পূরণ করে বা অর্ডার করে আপনি এই নীতিতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন। সম্মতি না দিলে সেবা দেওয়া সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
৪. কার সাথে শেয়ার করি
আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না। শুধু সেবা চালানোর জন্য যেসব প্রতিষ্ঠান দরকার, তাদের সাথে শেয়ার হয়:
- ইমেইল ডেলিভারি — Amazon SES (AWS), Brevo
- পেমেন্ট — আমাদের ব্যাংক, bKash, অথবা পেমেন্ট প্রসেসর
- হোস্টিং — আমাদের সার্ভার প্রদানকারী
- ডেটা ভেরিফিকেশন — ইমেইল যাচাইয়ের সেবা (প্রয়োজনে)
আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা থাকলে সংশ্লিষ্ট সরকারি সংস্থার সাথেও শেয়ার হতে পারে।
৫. কতদিন রাখি
Guidelines অনুযায়ী ব্যবসায়িক তথ্য কমপক্ষে ৬ বছর সংরক্ষণ করা হয়, যাতে সরকারি সংস্থা চাইলে দেখানো যায়। আপনার অনুরোধে প্রজেক্টের নিরাপত্তা-সংক্রান্ত তথ্য বা ডেলিভারেবল ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে ফেলা যায় — তবে হিসাব ও ইনভয়েস ৬ বছর থাকবে।
৬. বাইরের লিস্ট নিয়ে
আমরা কেনা, ভাড়া করা বা স্ক্র্যাপ করা ব্যক্তিগত ইমেইল লিস্টে ক্যাম্পেইন চালাই না। B2B আউটরিচে ব্যবহৃত তথ্য ব্যবসায়িকভাবে প্রকাশ্য সূত্র থেকে আসে, এবং প্রতিটি ইমেইলে unsubscribe-এর ব্যবস্থা থাকে। কেউ unsubscribe করলে তার তথ্য আমাদের suppression লিস্টে রাখা হয় যাতে ভবিষ্যতে আর মেইল না যায়।
৭. কুকিজ
পোর্টালে লগইন ও চ্যাট চালু রাখতে আমরা প্রয়োজনীয় কুকি ব্যবহার করি। এসব ছাড়া সাইট ঠিকভাবে কাজ করে না। কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন-ট্র্যাকিং কুকি আমরা ব্যবহার করি না।
৮. নিরাপত্তা
পাসওয়ার্ড হ্যাশ করে রাখা হয়, ওয়েবসাইট HTTPS-এ চলে, আর গ্রাহকের ডেটাবেস ও ফাইল ওয়েব রুটের বাইরে রাখা হয় যাতে সরাসরি ডাউনলোড করা না যায়।

1. What we collect
- Contact details — name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company, website (when you submit a form or chat).
- Project details — your target market, budget, and any list or file you send us.
- Account details — if you open a portal account: email, name and a password hash (we never see the password itself).
- Technical data — IP address, browser, page visits (for security and to see what is working).
2. Why we collect it
- To run your order and manage your project
- To send proposals, invoices and project updates
- To answer your questions
- To improve the service and prevent abuse
3. Consent
In line with Bangladesh's Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021, we state the purpose before collecting data. Submitting a form or placing an order indicates your consent. Without it we may not be able to provide the service.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers needed to run the service:
- Email delivery — Amazon SES (AWS), Brevo
- Payments — our bank, bKash, or a payment processor
- Hosting — our server provider
- Data verification — an email-verification service where needed
We may also disclose data where legally required by a government authority.
5. How long we keep it
Business records are kept for at least 6 years as required by the guidelines, so they can be produced to a government authority on request. On request we can delete project files and deliverables within 30 days — accounting and invoice records remain for 6 years.
6. About third-party lists
We never run campaigns against purchased, rented or scraped personal email lists. Data used in B2B outreach comes from publicly listed business sources, and every email carries a working unsubscribe. When someone unsubscribes, their address is held on a suppression list so they are never contacted again.
7. Cookies
We use small essential cookies so the portal stays logged in and the chat widget works. The site does not function properly without them. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Security
Passwords are stored as hashes, the website runs over HTTPS, and client databases and uploaded files are kept outside the web root so they cannot be downloaded directly.
9. Your rights
- Ask what data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Ask for your account and data to be deleted (subject to record-keeping duties)
- Opt out of marketing email
