১. আমরা কারা
Narail IT (“আমরা”, “আমাদের”) একটি বাংলাদেশি প্রতিষ্ঠান, যা B2B লিড জেনারেশন, কোল্ড ইমেইল আউটরিচ, পেইড অ্যাড ম্যানেজমেন্ট, ওয়েব স্ক্র্যাপিং, ডেটা সার্ভিস ও SEO সেবা দিয়ে থাকে। যোগাযোগ: rocky@narailexpress.net।
২. সেবা
আমরা প্রজেক্টভিত্তিক ও মাসিক সাবস্ক্রিপশন — দুই ধরনের সেবা দিই। প্রতিটি প্রজেক্টের সুযোগ-সীমা (scope), সময়সীমা ও মূল্য অর্ডার বা প্রস্তাবে লেখা থাকে; সেটাই চূড়ান্ত ধরা হবে।
৩. অর্ডার ও গ্রহণ
ওয়েবসাইটের কোনো ফর্ম পূরণ করলে বা অর্ডার করলে সেটা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে গৃহীত হয় না। আমরা যাচাই করে (scope, সময়, বাজেট) লিখিতভাবে নিশ্চিত করার পরেই অর্ডার কার্যকর হয়। কোনো অর্ডার আমাদের বিবেচনায় গ্রহণ না করার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি।
৪. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
- মূল্য ওয়েবসাইটে বা প্রস্তাবে উল্লেখ থাকে; ডলার ও টাকা দুটোতেই হতে পারে।
- মাসিক সেবার ক্ষেত্রে ফি মাসের শুরুতে পরিশোধযোগ্য।
- অ্যাড বাজেট আলাদা — সেটি সরাসরি Facebook, Google বা TikTok-কে পরিশোধ করতে হয়, আমাদের ফি-এর অংশ নয়।
- বাংলাদেশের জন্য অ্যাড সেবার রেট প্রতি $1 অ্যাড স্পেন্ডে ৳130 (সব খরচ সহ)। ডলারের বাজার অনুযায়ী রেট সামান্য বদলাতে পারে; অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার সময় চূড়ান্ত রেট জানানো হয়।
- পেমেন্টের তথ্য (bank / bKash) শুধু অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের পর সরাসরি জানানো হয়।
৫. ক্লায়েন্টের দায়িত্ব
- প্রদত্ত তথ্য (টার্গেট মার্কেট, লিস্ট, অ্যাকাউন্ট অ্যাকসেস) সঠিক ও বৈধ হতে হবে।
- আপনার পাঠানো কোনো লিস্ট বা ডেটার উপর আপনার বৈধ অধিকার থাকতে হবে।
- আপনি নিশ্চিত করবেন যে আপনার আউটরিচ/ইমেইল প্রযোজ্য আইন মেনে চলে।
- আমরা কখনো কেনা, ভাড়া করা বা স্ক্র্যাপ করা ব্যক্তিগত ইমেইল লিস্টে ক্যাম্পেইন চালাই না।
৬. ডেলিভারি ও রিভিশন
ডেলিভারির ধরন ও সময়সীমা অর্ডারে লেখা থাকে। ডেটা ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে আমরা সাধারণত Google Sheets বা Excel ব্যবহার করি। নির্ধারিত scope-এর মধ্যে সংশোধন বিনামূল্যে; scope-এর বাইরে গেলে অতিরিক্ত খরচ হতে পারে এবং তা আগে জানানো হবে।
৭. বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তি
ডেলিভারি সম্পূর্ণ পরিশোধের পর ক্লায়েন্টের। আমরা আমাদের নিজস্ব পদ্ধতি, স্ক্রিপ্ট, টুল ও ফ্রেমওয়ার্কের মালিকানা রাখি — ডেলিভারিতে সেগুলো হস্তান্তর হয় না।
৮. দায়ের সীমা
আমরা পেশাদারভাবে কাজ করি, কিন্তু কোনো নির্দিষ্ট ব্যবসায়িক ফলাফল (নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক লিড, বিক্রয় বা ROI) গ্যারান্টি দিই না — কারণ তা অনেক বাহ্যিক বিষয়ের উপর নির্ভর করে। আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায় প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট শেষ পেমেন্টের সমান হবে।
৯. বাতিল
মাসিক সাবস্ক্রিপশন যেকোনো সময় বাতিল করা যায় — পরবর্তী বিলিং মাস থেকে বন্ধ হবে। প্রকৃতির কাজ শুরু করার পর বাতিল করলে ইতিমধ্যে করা কাজের অনুপাতিক মূল্য দিতে হবে। বিস্তারিত আমাদের Refund Policy-তে।
১০. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত, বিশেষত Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines, 2021 এবং Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009। যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।

1. Who we are
Narail IT (“we”, “us”) is a Bangladesh-based agency providing B2B lead generation, cold email outreach, paid ads management (Meta, TikTok, Google), web scraping, data services and SEO. Contact: rocky@narailexpress.net.
2. Services
We provide project-based and monthly subscription services. The scope, deadlines and price of each engagement are set out in the order or proposal, which governs that engagement.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting a form on this website does not by itself create a contract. An order becomes effective once we have reviewed it and confirmed it in writing. We may decline any order.
4. Pricing and payment
- Prices are listed on the website or in a proposal, in USD or BDT.
- Monthly plans are invoiced at the start of each period.
- Ad spend is separate and is paid by you directly to Facebook, Google or TikTok. It is never part of our fee.
- For Bangladesh, ad management is charged at BDT 130 per USD 1 of ad spend, all-in. The rate can move slightly with the currency market; the final rate is confirmed when the order is confirmed.
- Bank and bKash details are shared directly only after an order is confirmed.
5. Client responsibilities
- Information you provide (target market, lists, account access) must be accurate and lawful.
- You must hold the rights to any list or data you send us.
- You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable law.
- We never run campaigns against purchased, rented or scraped personal email lists.
6. Delivery and revisions
Delivery format and timelines are stated in the order. Data is normally delivered as a Google Sheet or Excel file. Revisions within the agreed scope are free; work outside the scope may be quoted separately and will be agreed before it starts.
7. Intellectual property
Deliverables become yours once the engagement is paid in full. Our own methods, scripts, tools and frameworks remain ours and are not transferred with a deliverable.
8. Limitation of liability
We work professionally but do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as a fixed number of leads, sales or ROI, because those depend on many factors outside our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the last payment received for the affected engagement.
9. Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the next billing period. Cancelling after work has started means paying proportionally for work already done. See our Refund Policy for details.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, including the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021 and the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
